Was today typical?
Mondays. I try to keep it casual. Because Mondays to me can be unpredictable. From mood to what pops up at work. I don’t plan Mondays and I go with the flow to help my mood better for the rest of the week. This approach allows me to stay flexible and adapt to whatever comes my way, setting a positive tone for the days ahead.
