What would you change about modern society?

Taking time to be both physically and mentally present. We move so fast these days, constantly connected, constantly consuming and we rarely stop to just be. A simple no-phone day, even once in a while, could help us reconnect with ourselves and the people right in front of us. I know I need that too. It’s not about rejecting technology, but about remembering how to exist without always needing to scroll, swipe, or respond.

Growing up in the 90s had its advantages. It felt like the perfect middle ground, the sweet spot between the analog world and the digital one. We played outside until the streetlights came on, but we were also there when the internet dialed up and changed everything. It gave us a unique lens: we saw what life was like before everything became instant, and we’re still here now, watching it all evolve.

It was a time of transition, the end of one era and the beginning of another. And maybe that’s why so many of us feel caught between two worlds: remembering what was, living in what is, and wondering what’s next.
